Air India Announces Additional Flights Between India and Germany: Full Schedule and Guidelines here
Indian national carrier, Air India has announced that it will start operating additional flights between India and Germany under the air bubble agreement.
According to the announcement, the airline will start operating flights between Mumbai and Frankfurt from 19th January 2022 onwards.
Air India will operate 2 weekly flights from Mumbai to Frankfurt every Wednesday and Friday; while the flight from Frankfurt to Mumbai will be operated on a weekly basis every Wednesday.

Air India has also opened the booking of flights between India and Frankfurt, tickets can be booked through Air India Website, Booking Offices, Call Centers and Authorized Travel Agents, and online booking websi-tes.
Guidelines For Travelers To Germany
Starting 23rd December 2021, Every person over the age of six is obliged to carry proof of their COVID-19 status when entering Germany.
Entry from any other country for any purpose (including visits and tourism) is only possible for fully vaccinated People. The traveler must have received the last vaccination dose that is necessary for full vaccination at least 14 days before the date of travel.
Travelers who are only transferring at an airport in Germany are also required to present proof of their COVID-19 status. This applies both to non-Schengen transit from or to third countries outside the EU and to transit from or to Schengen states.
