Benefits of Thriphala in the times of pandemic

Thriphala is one of the popular medicines in Ayurveda as it is prescribed by doctors very often for different ailments.
As the name suggests ‘thriphala’ is a combination of three fruits namely terminalia chembula, emblica officinalis and terminalia bellerica.
Even though there are numerous other benefits, in the times of coronavirus pandemic, we here look at Thriphala’s immuno modulatory effect first.
Immuno modulatory effect is the system that standardizes immunity equilibrium by synthesizing immuno suppression or immuno stimulation.
