Home remedy to boost immunity and prevent fever in the time of pandemic

Ingredients:
A piece of ginger
3 pieces of cloves
Five or six pieces of pepper
Five or six Tulsi leaves
One inch size of Cinnamon
One leaf of Mexican mint (Plectranthus amboinicus))
After crushing the aforementioned spices, boil the paste in smaller flames for 20 minutes. After it becomes half, filter the water and add two tea spoons of honey. The medicine is ready.
Those who have the symptoms of cold and fever can take this concoction in every morning. Heartleaf moon leaf and Kiryath can be added to this for better relief.
It is certain that this home remedy which is immensely beneficial in treating cough, cold and fever as the ingredients in it contain antiviral properties. It is already proven that Tulsi and ginger have antiviral property and pepper is an effective anti- microbial.
Honey improves the immunity and cloves have anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties. All these properties of these herbs are already proven and study which contains this knowledge is available even on the internet.
Precautions to be taken:
Diabetic patients should avoid honey while preparing this home remedy.
Those who have acidity problems should reduce the quantity of ginger and pepper or avoid the use of these items.
