Yoga poses to help maintain youthfulness
Yoga has become part of daily life across the world because of its peculiar nature of mindful stretching and breathing process. This important feature of Yoga i.e. being mindful while practicing makes it capable of creating an equilibrium between body and mind and thus keeps the person serene throughout the day. Therefore, practicing yoga would help him/her stretching the body completely and relieve ailments.
The best poses that uphold this fact are poorvothasana and chakrasana. Being aware of stretching and breathing while practicing these poses help the spine maintain its strength whole life. This would particularly help those who suffer from back pain. However, it should be noted that the breathing should be correct and if the practitioner finds any difficulty in stretching, the adequate stretch that he can perform would be enough.
