Yoga poses to help maintain youthfulness

Yoga  has become part of daily life across the world  because of  its  peculiar nature of mindful stretching and breathing process.  This important feature of Yoga i.e. being  mindful  while practicing makes it capable of creating  an equilibrium between body and mind and thus keeps the person serene throughout the day. Poorvothasana

Lie down facing upwards and push your body upwards placing the weight of the body on the hands and the legs. Your body must be in a position that the head hangs down. This asana enhances the physical health and strengthens the hands and legs.

This is a perfect Yoga pose to help abstain back pain and strengthen spine. Moreover, it  helps  strengthen  wrists, hands, shoulders and back side of the body. Poorvothasana makes the joints flexible and energizes the neurons.

Chakrasana

Known as Urdhadhanurasana, Chakrasana starts with Savasana. Lie down in Savasana, bend your knees. Bend the hands to keep the palms on the shoulders. Breathe in slowly and lift your back, stomach and buttocks to form a curved shape.
